Sseko Style

Late Summer Style

Now that it’s becoming a bit cooler, it’s time to transition our sandals into fall. We asked our stylish friend (and photographer!) Kat McEachern to show us how she styles her Ssekos for this transitional season. We think you’ll love the looks she came up with!

Hey everyone! Kat here of Always and Forever Photography, and I’m stoked to partner with Sseko in order to share with you 3 ways to style your Sseko sandals for late summer/early fall. Now, if you’re anything like me, the very thought of summer ending almost causes a panic attack and sends you into complete denial. But here are some fun ways to make the transition easy without taking drastic measures.

Outfit 1:

As summer winds down, we tend to start gravitating towards darker/richer colors. I’ve chosen one of my favorite dresses that can be paired with a denim jacket for those cool summer/early fall evenings. One of my favorite things about Sseko sandals is the ability to pick and choose the colors of the ribbons AND the different ways to tie them. For this specific look, I did the “Classic Tie” – super easy and comfortable.

Outfit 2:

Once again I’ve paired some darker tones to embrace the approaching fall season but kept the light airy summer vibe by wearing a cream colored fringe poncho to help balance the transition. I chose to use the brown ribbons for this outfit and did the “Toe Sling” tie. This may actually be my favorite way to tie the sandals… super comfy.

Outfit 3:

Last but not least, I’ve included a fun way to wear them with shorts… because I can’t bare the thought of completely bidding summer goodbye. This outfit really has a fun beach vibe and shows how to wear the sandals in a chic but laid back way. I’m obsessed with these grey/cream colored ribbons and did the “Double Cross” tie.
