Meet Stella!
Known for her boldness and confidence, we’re sure Stella has what it takes to bring her dream of becoming an urban planner, to life. She reminds us that being brave means “Deciding what you want and doing it with confidence, even when you don’t have a lot of people following you or believing in you. If you believe in it, then you go for it.”
Stella’s going to be with us for the next 9 months as part of our 2017 University bound team in Uganda! At the end of her 9 months, we’ll be double her savings to send her off to University so she can start pursuing her dreams. While Stella is working hard in Uganda, there’s a community of women here in the US called the Sseko Fellows, who are working hard towards earning Stella an ADDITIONAL scholarship. How cool is that?!
